TecTranz Learner’s Terms & Conditions

Preamble & Context

It has been felt by the Information Technology industry that despite having basic qualifications, students/learners/non-IT background professionals are not able to handle project tasks assigned in organizations related to IT development and maintenance project work in current situations.

Therefore, recognizing the needs of student/learner/professionals, TecTranz (a next generation transformational training company) has developed a program based on Learners Transformational Training Methodology.

The Career Upskill Technology Program is part of upskilling Fresh graduates and Gap year graduates to enable meritorious LEARNERS to attain relevant practical and theoretical knowledge for the industry, coupled with hands-on work experience with real industry environment use cases and internship project opportunities.

Terms & Conditions (Clauses 1 to 19)

1. Program Duration & Format: The “Career Upskill Technology Program” is an Eight (8) month full-time online/offline internship period training program. Detailed course contents are captured under Annexure A.
2. Non-Refundable Fee Policy: The LEARNER understands and agrees that Fee paid for “The Career Upskill Technology Program” is strictly non-refundable for the nature of the course.
3. Employment During Training: In the event the LEARNER takes up any employment of any nature with any organization (including TECTRANZ) after execution of this agreement and during the period of training, the LEARNER shall inform TECTRANZ in writing within one week. In such event, all obligations of TECTRANZ cease and no refund of fee shall be admissible.
4. Course Execution: The LEARNER shall ensure that he/she undergoes the program comprehensively and in right earnest to maximize candidature for preferred job opportunities.
5. Attendance Requirements: Unauthorized absenteeism aggregate to more than 10% of total working days for online/classroom training reserves TECTRANZ the right to expel the LEARNER without notice and with no refund. Shortfall in attendance due to unavoidable circumstances may be allowed only with prior written approval from the instructor.
6. Minimum Exam Benchmark: The LEARNER must secure a minimum of 75% marks in examinations conducted at the end of each module, mid-term, final assessments, viva, and capstone projects. Failing to qualify renders the LEARNER liable for expulsion with no refund.
7. Job Guarantee & Placement Support: Upon successful completion of Five Months online training and personal interview (meeting attendance and performance requirements), TECTRANZ will process offers for Permanent/Contract Jobs across 500+ hiring partners (minimum compensation ₹15,000/month up to ₹1,00,000/month).
8. Non-Refusal of Job Offers: The LEARNER shall not refuse an interview or job offer. Refusal to attend interviews or accept job offers after interview shall discharge TECTRANZ from all obligations without refund.
9. Intellectual Property & Discipline: The LEARNER shall not copy, remove, destroy, or tamper with any IP, hardware, software, or property of TECTRANZ or its clients. Any breach is construed as gross breach entitling expulsion and fee forfeiture.
10. Confidentiality: The LEARNER shall maintain strict confidentiality about projects and client information and shall not disclose project details to third parties.
11. Nature of Agreement: This agreement is an educational and training agreement, and not a direct employment contract.
12. Arbitration & Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be resolved by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Hyderabad. Governed by Indian laws with exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Hyderabad.
